in this architectural inspiration, what is the use of the facade, Why in the bloc I should not call the repository directly instead of the facade?

The reason why @mhadaily is using a facade service is because in the clean architecture (+ddd) you don't want to expose your repository to the presentation layer. What you expose is the use case layer - which in this case its the facade service that you pointed out to.

Now the reason why you don't want to expose your repository layer is because usually in a production app that's actually doing something valuable your use cases will do more than simply call you repositories to fetch/store data from your data source.
