Error during resource deployment

During a Web App deployment, VSCode is reporting the following error:

"getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND management.usgovcloudapi.netsubscriptions"

I am also noticing that the resources are always in a loading state. I think there is an issue with the communication to the backend services and I have tried this same process in two different computers to make sure it wasn't a local issue.

In case it helps, we are using the Azure US Gov Cloud and I even tried downgrading to an older extension versions.
