Buttons lost to time:

  • Dedicated deploy button
    • App Service
    • Functions
    • Storage
  • Functions Create Project
  • Create new Mongo scrapbook
  • Attach to Storage Account/Database Account

100% hacky, and pretty clunky. However if we had a pro do the icons we might be able to make it work.

The actions area looks nice (though our documentation will need to get updated again). I wonder if there'd then be two ways to Deploy to Web App, one by right-clicking under resources and one under actions? That's probably fine if they do the same thing.
