Vagrant up - development environment not set up

Describe the bug
After runing vagrant up and following the README from https://github.com/monarc-project/MonarcAppFO/tree/master/vagrant, is seems that static files are not loaded correctly.

Expected behavior
The Monarc UI is loading correctly.

The vagrant project build works well as it is the usual tool for the development and local test we use.
If this did not work for you, we need to see a particular issue that was displayed in your terminal when you executed the vagrant up command.
It is also important to have vagrant up to date and its modules loaded properly.
What is the OSX version and the chip ?

Ok.. then it must be on my end. I have MacOS 15.3.1 (M2 Pro), Vagrant 2.4.3 and a vagrant plugin vagrant-disksize (0.1.3, global). Maybe other plugins are needed? The vagrant disksize was not mentionned in the readme so maybe there are some other to install?

I uploaded my vagrant output and it seems there are some errors on the build process for Angular.

Based on the output.md, you run the vagrant up on already an created before VM, so it tries to perform the installation steps that were missing.
There are multiple errors displayed. Starting from some system packages errors, php dependencies installation issues, and node modules.
That is why the application can't work.
You need to reinstall it completely by destroying the VM vagrant destroy, pull the latest changes (just pushed a small fix to the composer install command). And then try to rebuild by running vagrant up.
Just a note that all your data, if you have any important in the database, will be lost.

That's the output of a curl command to localhost. It shows some encoding issue for me, that'[s why the JS files are not loaded properly.
