Make URLs clickable in notes and add markdown support

I cah keep this very short:

Please make links clickable in the contact notes.

You write "We support Markdown to format the text (bold, lists, headings, etc…)" but neither does the markdown syntax for links work, nor does bold, italic and so on.

Well, its not so important for me, so maybe just remove the information that you support it - but please make at least links clickable.
