no guide on building the simulator

i was amazed to read what the simulator can achieve. sort of exactly what i was looking for. however , i could not build it on my ubuntu as there was no guide for doing so

Have you tried downloading OMNeT++ from here and loading the project from it?

The thing is I have no idea i was supposed to. Thanks anyway! What do I do after that?

Clone/download this repo and load it as a project through OMNeT++, build it, then run it. I would highly advise you seeing a demo/overview of OMNeT++ on YouTube, it might help you get familiar with its interface
