Proposed functionality

We have been seeing occasional RSS timeouts depending on the user, including in our own QA. It would be nice if timeout wasn't just hardcoded to 3 seconds.

(I know this is technically against v4.1.11 but I confirmed it works the same way in the latest main.)

Use case

Let the RSS widget take a bit longer if configured to do so, so it doesn't throw an error.
