Release new version to support Debian again and latest Ubuntu LTS #11

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
The role fails the supported OS check on basically all my hosts
This collection only supports for example Debian 11 and Ubuntu 22.04 as latest version because of the nginx role version included is 0.24.0
Debian 11 lost security support 11 months ago. Debian 13 is released this summer
Describe the solution you'd like
release version 0.9.0 and bump the versions of the included roles.
