Would it be possible to generate unified files as well for blanket application? As in one file that contains all the listed vpn sites, another for gaming and another for social media, etc?

That's certainly possible. I've left them separate so that the user can block some and not others. If they are all in one file they you'll block the lot. I'll make a note in the README to this effect.

Stay tuned. The unified lists will appear over the next couple of months as I update the individual lists.
