Progress - Add a progress pie/circle/radial

Within Cockpit we have a feature where we can upload files. To showcase this we have a radial/circle icon that indicates the overall progress of the files, with a popover that can show the progress for individual files

Ideally, this is something we want to keep compact to be able to fit it into Toolbars without it feeling cramped. I would imagine this could look similar to spinner icon but just thicker line and progress going clockwise and not spinning.

Is this something that can be investigated?

This might have been an RFE somewhere already but I didn't find one.
