Rebrand the package

For new users we can expose the new package name by reflecting the package infrastructure from the camelot package. Some other popular packages like attrs are doing the same: https://github.com/python-attrs/attrs/blob/main/src/attrs/__init__.py

Is pypdf_table_extraction the way to go? I.e.from pypdf_table_extraction.handlers import PDFHandler?
