Hello I got some issues here:

I was having a similar problem, it was related to the C compiler.
Try: sudo apt-get install gcc build-essential
It should solve that error.

I also got other problems on the way, you might also need:
sudo apt-get install libffi-dev libyaml-dev

Hope you be able to install ruby in your versions manager.

Hello, thanks for the answer and sorry for the late reply. I have try to install the equivalent in Fedora, and it get to progress a bit more but it's still crash... I took too many time to fix this, I just give up at this point T_T.
