BUILD FAILED (macOS 15.0.1 on arm64 using ruby-build 20241017)

Hey, I'm new to developing. Trying to set up Ruby in my environment. Every time I try to install it I receive a build failed. i've tried troubleshoot it for the last two days with ChatGPT but still cannot figure out what's wrong.

Installation log:

When I look at the full build logs they're empty. I've tried reinstalling the parts of it and confirmed my Homebrew is installed in the correct location for Apple Silicon (/opt/homebrew).

Any idea how to resolve this?

Update: Not really sure what I did to resolve it but I got it resolved!
