Random env building errors with mamba

Expected Result

So normally docs build fine but we see this issue random and it tends to go away when we bump an empty commit.

Actual Result

We get this error when trying to create the env:

error    Error opening "/tmp/mambaf5kZyXSS3UD": No such file or directory
error    Could not write out repodata file '"/home/docs/.asdf/installs/python/mambaforge-4.10.3-10/pkgs/cache/b556ea5a.json"': No such file or directory

I am not sure if this is a known thing or just some flaky node issue. Thanks!

mambaforge is deprecated, you should use conda directly. See https://conda-forge.org/news/2024/07/29/sunsetting-mambaforge/ and #11690

Please, try using the latest version of conda and let us know if it works fine.
