Enhanced search function for phenotypes

The current search does not work well to find the relevant phenotypes. We should write a small module that allows users to find the phenotype from the search bar.

In GWAS Manhattan plot page, it would be nice to have a link to Manhattan plots of other (similar) phenotypes (defined by genetic correlation AND/OR phenotype-level correlation).
