Cannot start app in web

[v-o-y-a-g-e-r00]

I tried to run the project in web using the commands

npm install
npm run build
npm start

But got in browser error:

TS2339: Property 'path' does not exist on type 'File'.

And a lot of other errors.

Can anyone help me?
