Add possibility to disable the credit system used for paid jobs

## Detailed Description

It should be possible to disable the credit system, at least UI-wise, for custom installations that do not require the credit system. The minimum requirement would be that all credit system-related UI in the frontend should not be visible once the system is disabled.
