Release Cadence?

First, thanks all for your hard work on such a useful library. 🙏

I've been wanting to take advantage of a commit in a main (#1250) in my open source library but I don't see any nightly/rc/nightly builds in pypi and the last release was from February. Is there a way you recommend that I integrate that change into my library?

I hope to release a new version in a few weeks (after it was requested in #1266), just have been rather busy.
