Send Requestor a notification e-mail

Is there any way to notify the original Plex account that made the request? This would let them know that their requested content is available. I believe the current notifications will blast everyone listed, but I'm looking to only target the requestor with a notification email.

Pretty sure notifications only go to the requestor. I never get notifications from things that other people request unless I am the admin of course.

When I turned on the email notifications features, I get an artifact in the email that is being sent. Here is a screenshot.

Is this fixed by something on my end? Am I missing a file that needs to be included in the template?
