This new `Remote` scope (for Custom Actions) would need a `Custom Action` context-submenu on Remote (root) nodes under REMOTES. Also, it would require a new variable `${REMOTE}` - HOWEVER, that variable could also be reused for the `Branch` scope, as already suggested in #1666!
