EuroPython 2025 Sprints in Prague

Thank you to everyone who came along to the EuroPython 2025 sprints in Prague over the last weekend! I believe that this is the first time Sphinx has been involved at the EuroPython sprints since 2015, and also the first official Sphinx sprint since 2015.
