Description
Our search sucks. To large extent this is because the requirements of good search are so large that any single fix we make to search usually impairs some other dimension/use-case of search. Therefore, fixing the search issues we have won't make search not suck. Making search not suck will require someone looking hard at how our search works, what the requirements of good search are, then coming up with issues/fixes that address those.
