Gantt task tooltip sometimes display empty data when hovering in a specific way

Description

The Gantt task tooltip sometimes might display empty data, like only "start: end:" when hovering fast over the tooltip popup. This also causes the kendoGanttTaskTooltipTemplate dataItem to return null.

Steps To Reproduce

Hover over a task in the following demo in our documentation and try to move your mouse cursor over the tooltip popup.
