requirements.txt wasn't remapped from TXT to Python icon

!important exactly for files, not filemasks, potentially can fix it

".py" overrides "requirements.txt". Need filename selectors to take precedence over file extension

If this is done using !important, then it will be problematic to process it in CMD: it can be perceived as a variable (with setlocal EnableDelayedExpansion)
