How would I connect via Unix Sockets

Possibly reduced latency and processing closer to what SQLite can provide if we skip Higher OSI layers and just connect via Unix Sockets?

Hello @arfath-linklet, thank you for the feature request. This seems like a useful feature to have (with an example for users). I'm in the middle of a few other projects at the moment so I cannot commit to when/if I will have the bandwidth to dedicate to this. However, if you (or anyone else) wanted to do the leg work to implement this, I'd be happy to help get the contributions reviewed / merged in.
