Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost'

I'm getting an error when i run my playbook:

TASK [mariadb : Remove test database] **************************************************************************************************************************************
fatal: [dedibox-easyevent]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "unable to connect to database, check login_user and login_password are correct or /root/.my.cnf has the credentials. Exception message: (1698, \"Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost'\")"}

The admin user not seems to be create.
When i'm trying to connect with the admin user in my serveur, i'm getting the same issue "access denied".

I missed something ?
