Doesn't work - isn't interactive

The AI uses the tool, it spins and doesn't do anything (no new tab/window/terminal), waits for some timeout and shows as a "Result" from MCP tool call: "User replied with empty input."

I believe it is the issue introduced with Cursor 1.0. #8

Cursor 0.50.4

And looking at the issue, it was for mac.
