Multiple custom emotes without a space between aren't displayed

Detailed description

If you have two custom emotes like :thing_left: and :thing_right:, and you put them together in a message, the web ui displays both emotes with no space in between, but Tusky displays :thing_left::thing_right:

Viewed from chaos.social there are no emojis, both web and Tusky.
Looks like a federation and not a Tusky problem to me.
