Patreon icon suggestion

Little suggestion to add patreon icons to bootstrap icons. Would be useful. Also maybe twitter x ones?

It's great to know that the Twitter X icon is already available. I agree that adding a Patreon icon would be super useful for many projects. It would be awesome to see more social media options in the Bootstrap Icons library.
