New Segment Destination Data Grid

helloooo jess c. is working on a usability backlog, and updating a couple evergreen tables to paste data grids is one of the first ones she's working on. i created a v1 of the destination data grid a couple months ago to illustrate the increased functionality of using paste vs evergreen. any feedback would be great, thanks!

Hey @ceyerkes, here is some collective feedback the team had:

1. The 'Add destinations' Button could be considered a table action, since it would be added directly to the Data grid. And hence it can live at the same level as filter results.

2. Since the page is named ‘Destinations’ and includes two tabs, the in-page navigation variant of the Data Grid might be more suitable. Also, do those two tabs have separate URLs?

3. Is "1009" just a mockup data? If no, the Data Grid include pagination as it shows 1009 results, so displaying all results at once might not be ideal.

4. Lastly, what happens when you click on ‘Name’? If it navigates to another or a detail page, it should use the anchor component.

In the meantime, would it be possible to give the prefix icon + anchor a bit more breathing room, like we have for prefix icon + button? Some of these feel a little squished:

Looks like Button has about 4px of space, and Anchor doesn't have any.

i'm working in a few different files with anchors + icons, but here's the latest.

Since these are custom icons, what’s happening is they’re filling the entire width/height of the placeholder instead of leaving any margins. I’d suggest making the icon at least 2–3px smaller on all sides, kind of like in this example.
