Deprecation warnings since Gridsome 7.8

Since Gridsome has redone some stuff, this plugin triggers two deprecation warnings. Still works, but that will change.

Avoid using api.store directly. Use the actions in api.loadSource() instead.

The store.addContentType() method has been renamed to store.addCollection().

@idueppe , I replied on the PR.
I think the second warning reported here can be fixed easily if my comments on the PR are addressed.
However the first warning is a bit more tricky, because right now this plugins wouldn't work by using api.loadSource, so I am not sure how it could be solved.
