Some users reported that the pretrained model links failed. Please help fix the problem?

Our IT is working on it. The downtime is usually within a day, but it is lasting longer this time. I am asking for an estimate for when the server will be back.

The server is back now. However, IT is still investigating why the server is not stable recently.
