实现 streamable_http 支持的步骤

为了在 auto-dev 中支持 MCP 的 streamable_http 传输，我们已经完成了以下代码修改：

1. 升级 kotlin-sdk 依赖:
   在 build.gradle.kts 文件中，已将 io.modelcontextprotocol:kotlin-sdk 的版本从 0.5.0 升级到 0.6.0。这是启用 StreamableHttpClientTransport 的前提。

2. 扩展 McpServer 配置:
   修改了 core/src/main/kotlin/cc/unitmesh/devti/mcp/client/McpConfig.kt 中的 McpServer 数据类，为其添加了 url 字段，并使 command 字段变为可选。这使得配置可以同时支持基于命令行的本地服务和基于 URL 的远程服务。

3. 实现动态传输层选择:
   更新了 core/src/main/kotlin/cc/unitmesh/devti/mcp/client/CustomMcpServerManager.kt 中的 collectServerInfo 方法。该方法现在会检查每个服务器的配置：

   • 如果配置中包含 url，则使用 StreamableHttpClientTransport 进行 HTTP 连接。
   • 如果配置中只包含 command，则沿用原有的 StdioClientTransport 通过子进程通信。
   • 如果两者都未提供，则记录警告并跳过该服务器。

这些更改为 auto-dev 集成远程 MCP 服务提供了基础。后续，使用者可以在 mcp_server.json 配置文件中通过 url 字段来指定一个远程 MCP 端点，例如：
