Allow for the "zooming" of text on the client, to make text on the stage larger or smaller.

On Mac, the View menu shows the shortcuts ⌘+ and ⌘- but they have no effect.

(Not sure on Windows or Linux)

Looks like this is working in Version 0.10.4 for Mac. Not sure about other platforms.
