Changing GIFs and step-by-step Instructions when Creating Index Patterns

Hello Team,

The instructions in the event logging documentation does not align with the changes made in version 4.8:

For example, in previous versions for creating index patterns, one needs to go to Stack management > Index patterns > Create index pattern, but this is different for verison 4.8 as one needs to navigate to Dashboard management > Dashboards Management > Index patterns > Create index pattern (screenshots below):

Making these changes in the documentation with be easier for users when navigating the Wazuh dashboard on 4.8.
