This issue arises from a community user who detects two inconsistent definitions of the localfile frequency configuration setting.
The first is as follows:
Prevents a command from being executed in less time than the specified time (in seconds). ....
And the second one is as follow:
<frequency> specifies the time (in seconds) interval of running the configured command. When the frequency option is not specified, by default, the configured command runs every 360 seconds (6 minutes).
