Investigate the difference between exclusion reasons "Not archived", "No valid snapshot", and "No valid SERP".
@SchmiSeb Do you remember what each reason means?

@sheineking Do you recall what the exclusion reasons meant? If not, can we ignore them and just try again to parse these providers?
