Type caster for std::deque?

Are there any plans for a type caster for std::deque?
I created a custom type caster, but it would be nice if it came out the box! Thanks! :)

That would be nice, but I haven't had the time to add one myself. Do you want to contribute yours? If so, please make a PR with tests.
