Description
Due to the prolonged lack of updates to the SCP package, a large number of bugs have been generated. I have provided a modification package called scop.
Except for changing the Standard_SCP function to standard_scop, all other function names remain the same as in SCP.
Specifically, the following modifications and optimizations have been made so far:
A large number of functions are already compatible with Seurat V5.
CellStatPlot function fix, referencing ggVennDiagram package #65
Error in gtable_add_grob(): !grobs must be a single grob or a list of grobs, not a list matrix. #279
