Add support for 2.25" ST7789 76x284 TFT.

Hi!

I added support for 2.25" ST7789 76x284 TFT.

It is this one:
https://aliexpress.com/item/1005008920033631.html

Without this change I only see noise and sometimes an update depending on the orientation. I figured out this display needed column and row offsets, which appear to be 82 and 18.

This seems relevant to know:

  -DST7789_DRIVER=1
  -DTFT_WIDTH=76
  -DTFT_HEIGHT=284

I tested with all 4 rotations.
