#1 Initial port from VSCode using microsoft/theme-converter-for-vs

Usage

1. Download the latest release.
2. Unzip the package and run `VS-catppuccin-theme.vsix' to install the theme.
3. Open a Visual Studio 2022 project.
4. Select Tools > Theme > Catppuccin to load the theme.
