Now the interpreter shuts down if the jupyter-lab process is interrupted by CTRL+C in the terminal, both in Windows and Linux, partially fixing issue #78. Still missing a way to shut down the interpreter when closing the terminal directly, so do not merge yet.
This PR also fixes issue #116 .
