Creates all microbial tsv files in data/raw/s3 for Disbiome and PD Metagenomics bugs. Includes the following sources of NCBITaxon lists:

  • data/raw/Disbiome_Microbe_Labels.csv
  • data/raw/Pd_Microbe_Labels.csv

Includes the following source controlled intermediate files:

  • data/raw/Proteomes_KGMicrobe_Subset.tsv
  • data/raw/Proteomes.tsv
  • data/raw/uniprot_empty_organism.tsv
