Add support for Deliberation Damage Mod

Description of the problem being solved:

Just supports the 20% more damage mod on Deliberation, the movement speed mod hasn't been touched.

Strange, my deliberation isn't adding the More damage, any idea how i fix this if yours is taking the more damage?

@KakuaKuma red text means the mod isn't supported yet, we'll be adding support for it in the next update

Perfect, thank you! I will add it manually. Also, how would one add "Damage with Hits is Lucky against Enemies that are on Low Life." to the custom modifier? :)

@KakuaKuma i think the closest one that we have parsing for in the release version is your damage with hits is lucky. Just gotta keep in mind that it will ignore the low life check.
