Blob Cache Loader 3.0.0

Azure Web Job which crawls a site to load pages into Blob Cache. Bypasses the Blob Cache Module through the use of a Pre-Shared Key. Recommend setting cache duration to a few minutes longer than the frequency at which you run this Web Job, so pages never fall out of cache.
