Second edition

This edition swaps two presentation parts, where the first part, Recommendations, used terms only clarified in the second part, New release strategy. The first part was intended as a quick overview of how to proceed but this lack of clarity caused some confusion; perhaps this is better.

First edition

This is the first edition of the presentation.
