When merged this pull request will:

  • Update docs to reflect the two new settings (Include Limbs in Sum of Trauma and Medic AI Requires Items)

@PabstMirror I noticed the new(ish) blood loss event isn't documented anywhere. Is that within the scope of this PR (with a title change) or should I make another?
