Building sc‐im with xls support on Gentoo

Setup a Custom Repository.

Add the latest unofficial ebuild for dev-libs/libxlsxwriter. See Gentoo Bug 627452

Add the following unofficial app-office/sc-im ebuild, can build from git or tarball if you so choose:
