Update phyphox-arduino repository to official organization repo

The project originally started under my personal github page https://github.com/Staacks/phyphox-arduino, but moved to https://github.com/phyphox/phyphox-arduino after we set up a organization account many years ago. The former has been a redirect to the latter for many years already, but the library registry should point to the proper address anyway.

Hello @Staacks. I am confirming your request.

Unlike submissions, this type of request is still handled manually. The Library Manager index maintainer occasionally comes through to clear all the outstanding requests. They will merge this pull request when it is done. You will get a notification from GitHub at that time.

After that, you can monitor the indexing of the library via its dedicated logs web page.
