Add library: CalibrationLib

[RacoonX65]

I would like to add CalibrationLib to the Arduino Library Manager.

The library provides functionality for storing and managing calibration data in ESP32 flash memory, with features including:

• JSON import/export
• Version control for calibration data
• Timestamp management
• Persistent storage
• Comprehensive examples for various use cases
